The Community of Kindness project launched at the start of this year and saw hundreds of artworks designed by local children and young people appearing along the coast. Join us for our launch party and make your own Community of Kindness poster with arts educator Dawn East.

SHOW YOUR DEVOTION
Slow down and create a hand-embossed tin ornament for someone or something that holds a place in your heart. Through the simple act of embossing, you can create small tokens of love, luck, remembrance, or appreciation—tiny keepsakes carrying stories, sentiments, and acts of devotion with artist Caro Rose.

MAKE YOUR OWN CLAY CHARACTER
Enjoy the possibilities of working with clay in this fun workshop with artists Julian Wild and Alison Hand (Cement). Make your own small character in clay on the day, leave it to be fired and then collect it in 2 weeks.

The Sidings is a two minute walk from Newhaven Town Station.

There are regular direct trains to Newhaven Town Station from Lewes and Seaford. If travelling from further afield you can change at Lewes Station. Southern Rail operates routes from London, Brighton, Eastbourne and Hastings to Lewes. Get your train tickets and timetables from the Southern Rail website.
